All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted).
Discount applies to our standard daily rate plans unless otherwise stated. Packaged or Promotional rate plans may not receive further discounts for booking direct.
You must cancel your reservation no less than 48 hours prior to 2pm on the day on which you are due to arrive to avoid a cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is the full amount of the first night’s accommodation for each room booked.

Group Bookings:
Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
