Christmas Day Three Course Dinner From 5:30pm

Goats Cheese Balls (GF)

With Tayor Pass Honey, sliced pear, and roquette lettuce

Slow Cooked Beef Croquettes (DF)

With smoked chipotle mayo, and green apple and fennel slaw

Garlic Prawns (DF)

With citrus hummus, toasted pita bread, and drizzled with caramelised chilli ginger sauce

Barramundi Fish (GF)

Wrapped in prosciutto and served with grilled asparagus, mascarpone, and lime risotto

Confit Duck Leg (GF)

Served on a smoked parsnip purée, grilled broccolini, honey glazed carrots, and duck fat potatoes

Beef Short Rib (GF, DF)

Slow cooked rib served with confit portobello mushroom, roasted kumara, gremolata, and finished with re wine jus

Vegetarian Lasagne (GF)

Parmesan and mozzarella cheese lasagne enriched in slow cooked pumpkin, carrots, grilled eggplant, and piperade sauce, served with toasted seeds, pine nuts, balsamic glaze, and kumara chips
