Cancellations

  • SHG Advantage programme: Same day cancellation policy applies. Free cancellation up until 4pm on your check-in date. If you cancel after this (or do not show), a cancellation penalty the equivalent of the first nights accommodation cost for each room booked will apply.

 

Discounts & Inclusions

  • SHG Advantage discounts are based on the Best Flexible rate and Bed & Breakfast rate. Discounts do not apply to any other promotional rates, packages or negotiated rates.
  • SHG Advantage rates do not apply for groups or conferences. This business is looked at separately. Please get in touch with your account manager for more information.

 

Membership criteria

  • Eligible for New Zealand and Australian based businesses only (including sole operators).
  • Bookings must be made direct via our website, with Scenic Hotel Group Central Reservations team, or direct with the hotel.
  • Scenic Hotel Group reserves the right to remove companies from the programme at their discretion.
  • Companies that will stay more than 50 nights per year across our hotel group are encouraged to contact our National Sales Team to discuss negotiated rate plan options.
  • Existing corporate customers with negotiated rates are ineligible for the programme but are encouraged to talk to their Scenic Hotel Group account manager.

 

Exclusions

  • Scenic Matavai Resort Niue and Te Waonui Forest Retreat are excluded from programme.
  • Rates are non-commissionable and not available through Travel Agent or Travel Management Company.
  • Black-out dates may apply
