Discounts apply to the full priced Best Flexible Rate plan or Bed & Breakfast rate plans

All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (this is for the purpose of guaranteeing your booking, payment can be made via other methods at the hotel).

Scenic Hotel Te Pania bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card, guests are also required to supply a credit card as security at check-in. Alternatively, a debit card in the guest’s name along with a government-issued photo ID may be used as security. Payment for your accommodation and sundry items can still be made by other payment methods (e.g. cash, debit card).

Rates are non-commissionable and intended for leisure travel, Black out dates may apply

Scenic Mates Rates and offers are only available to eligible partners and organisations by pre-arrangement with Scenic Hotel Group. You may be asked by the hotel to provide your Promo Code and/or membership/association as evidence of your eligibility.

Mates Rates discounts apply to the full priced Best Flexible Rate plan or Bed & Breakfast rate plans. Some packaged or promotional rate plans will not receive further discounts.

Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties (except for Te Waonui Forest Retreat which has a 48-hour cancellation policy). Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.

Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.

Scenic Hotel Group reserves the right to remove organisations from the program at our discretion. Promo Codes may be deactivated from time to time, we will notify the relevant representatives of each organisation of their new promo code.

Scenic Hotel Group reserves the right to terminate the Scenic Mates Rates Program at our discretion.
