Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can arrange international shipping on request. If you would like one of our products shipped internationally please contact us at shop@scenicgroup.co.nz. We’ll provide a quote for the International shipping costs at the time of purchase.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to ship all online orders within one working day of the order being placed (including e-Voucher orders), however larger items such as bed sets may take slightly longer to arrange, as these are shipped directly from our supplier to save on freight costs for our customers.
How much will delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are based on the size of each individual product. We aim to adjust our shipping prices to reflect any changes in the cost to us.
How do I return an item I purchased online?
If you receive a product that is unsatisfactory please contact us at shop@scenicgroup.co.nz to arrange the return of the product and a refund if applicable.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact us asap at shop@scenicgroup.co.nz so we can cancel your order before it is processed.
