All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card, guests are also required to supply a credit card as security at check-in (visa-debit and other hybrid debit cards are not acceptable as room security), payment can be made by other methods. If you don’t have a credit card please contact the hotel to make alternative arrangements.
Discount applies to our standard daily rate plans unless otherwise stated. Packaged or Promotional rate plans may not receive further discounts for booking direct.
Cancellations or modifications on Flexible Rate plans must be received by 2pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid any penalties. Cancellations or modifications received after this time will incur a penalty equivalent to one nights accommodation cost per room booked.

Group Bookings:
Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
